Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph or ability to sponsor up to polygraph level
5+ years of HR Strategy experience
5+ years of federal or IC related experience
Ability to work full time in SCIF environments in Springfield, VA
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field
Preferred:
Masters degree in an applicable field
SHRM Certification
